Gymnastics Queensland is a not-for-profit State Sporting Association founded in 1949 and managed by a Board of Directors who together, bring an exciting mix of skills and experience to the organisation. The Board is responsible for the corporate governance of the sport and in so doing sets the strategic directions and monitors overall performance.The Board operates under an adopted Constitution and By-Laws that detail its functions and responsibilities. Directors are able to seek independent professional advice and work in accordance with the Director’s Code of Conduct.
