The YMCA Enoggera Gymnastics Club is a well established sport and recreation facility that has been delivering gymnastics programs to the local community for many years. The club offers recreational and competitive classes weekly to over 700 gymnasts in Kindergym, Recreational, WAG, MAG and Gym Fit for Teenagers.
This is a full-time position and requires on the floor coaching for a minimum of 20 hours per week and filling in when required.
In this role you will manage a passionate and vibrant gymnastics team and further build our client base whilst ensuring the delivery of high standard of customer service at all times. This is a great opportunity for a Gymnastics professional who displays strong leadership traits, is passionate about Gymnastics and is looking for a career development position where they like to be challenged. The position will also be hands on and give the successful candidate plenty of opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the Centre.
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following selection criteria:
Gymnastics coaching qualifications (minimum of advanced silver accreditation);
Demonstrated experience as a gymnastics coach and excellent knowledge in all aspects of gymnastics;
Knowledge of accounting procedures and excellent attention to detail;
Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team with a demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team including supervising and motivating staff;
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proven ability to propose, implement and follow through with ideas;
Sound knowledge of computer systems including the Microsoft Office suite of programs and point of sale packages;
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates or a willingness to obtain;
Certificate of Suitability in accordance with the Commission for Children and Young people and Child Guardian or a willingness to obtain.

Position: Gymnastics Coach
Employer: Bounce 4 Kids
Bounce 4 Kids teaches a range of programs in Schools, Childcare and Vacation Care settings. We are currently looking for a number of Intermediate Level Qualified coaches to teach our school programs during the day time 8:30am to 4:30pm daily. As our number of classes increase more hours will be offered.
You will need to be someone passionate about working with children of all ages and abilities (mainly beginner classes) with ongoing training on how to teach in the primary school environment will be supplied. You will be supplied with a company car to travel to schools with equipment for set up and pack up daily.
Opportunities for interstate travel and teaching other fitness and dance programs are offered for outstanding staff.
Position is open for an immediate start and continuing into Term 4 and beyond.

BEAUDESERT GYMNASTICS Head Coach Available
