EVENT MANAGEMENT & LEVELS GYMNASTICS COACH
– Brisbane Full time $55,000 - $65,000 (Dependant on experience commence January 2021

This is dual Coaching and Event Management role is a full time role Tuesday from 3pm - through to Sunday pm. The coaching role will be between 9-15 hours.

As a Coach, you must be caring, and experienced with a desire and passion to help kids grow up in a nurturing environment with expectation and enthusiasm. You must also be able to work in a team and display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

We have a wide variety of class types and would look at your areas of strength when deciding which groups to coach. Within the coaching role you will have the opportunity to work with and be mentored by our senior coaching staff or become a mentor yourself if you already have the experience.

The Event Management role will incorporate:
Strategic Planning, Preparation; Implementation, onsite management (for some not all events) and post evaluation.
You will be responsible for the budget of each event and will work alongside the communications team providing input to how the event is promoted. You will need to be competent at using Salesforce reporting to ensure the smooth running of the event.

Events will include:
- Invitational Competitions 
- Regional Competition 
- Mini Tours; Interstate Tours; International tours (eventually) 
- Birthday Parties
- Progress Checks 
- Annual Celebration dinners
- Holiday Clinics
- Education Clinics / courses
- Parent night outs
- School Gymnastics 
To be suitable for this role you must have excellent communication skills and an absolute eye for detail and quality. You must be able to deal with situations in a positive way and to keep the team working with you on task and on time. Knowledge and expertise in Level 1-6 Competition Gymnastics would be a significant advantage in this role.

The Objectives and Key Results of the role are as follows: 
1. Operational plans completed to schedule
2. Safety compliance
3. Participant Net Promoter Score
4. Net revenue to budget

Applicants must hold:

Intermediate /Advanced WAG Coaching Accreditation
Event Management Experience
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Up to date First Aid qualifications
Judging accreditation highly valued
